All of our work involves a preparation process such as: 1. Pressure washing the entire surface to be painted. 2. Applying caulk where needed, and covering up areas or walls that won't be painted. 3. Replacing or repairing rotten wood and patching sheetrock walls. 4. Sanding surfaces where necessary. 5. Applying primer, if necessary. 6. Applying the main paint. 7.
